The Development Events Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for One More Child’s fundraising and donor engagement events. Working closely with the Director of Development Events, this position assists with event planning, execution, and follow-up while helping create organized, welcoming, and mission-focused experiences for donors and guests. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, initiative, dependability, and a heart for ministry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) may be required on occasion.
