Terra Firma National (TFN) seeks a Development Manager to lead fundraising initiatives across the organization. You will cultivate existing supporters and identify new funding streams from individuals, private and corporate foundations, and government grants.

You will collaborate with the leadership team and the Board to meet annual fundraising goals, develop strategy, and coordinate grant writing, reporting, and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising activities and cultivate existing supporters
• Identify and solicit new funding streams from individuals, private and corporate foundations, and government grants
• Plan and coordinate an annual fundraising event with staff, Board members, and consultants
• Provide high-level support for grant proposals, reports, and funder relations
