Job summary

Electric Hydrogen is seeking a Manager, Development to advance large-scale low‑carbon hydrogen and e‑Fuel projects from conception through Final Investment Decision (FID). The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving execution in a fast‑paced industrial setting from our hybrid Houston office.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in complex energy projects, strong PM skills, and a passion for decarbonization.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project development experience within energy sectors such as natural gas, hydrogen, carbon capture, or renewable fuels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day development activities for green/blue hydrogen, e‑Fuel, and other low‑carbon projects through FID.
• Manage project schedules, action items, milestones, budgets, and development work plans to stay on track.
• Coordinate site control, permitting, environmental studies, utility engagement, and CO₂ transportation/docket diligence.
• Support evaluation of technical and commercial pathways for hydrogen production and emissions management.
