Job summary

Envision Energy USA Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for the H2 Center of Excellence in Burlington, MA. You will own planning, execution, and delivery of hydrogen tech projects, spanning electrolyzer development, materials research, system integration, and pilot deployments.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, chemistry, manufacturing, procurement, and product management, serving as the primary bridge between US and Asia engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM fields.
• 5–10 years managing hardware or product development projects, preferably in clean energy.
• PMP certification (or active pursuit) preferred; experience in R&D a plus.
• Knowledge of electrolyzer technologies and hydrogen production principles.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations for R&D initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, and procurement to align outputs with timelines and budget.
• Lead engineering validation and pilot deployment testing for electrolyzers and hydrogen systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across labs and pilot sites.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and executive reporting; support government grants where applicable.
• Facilitate US–Asia collaboration and external supplier partnerships.
