We are seeking a Development Coordinator/Manager to support fundraising across the donor lifecycle, from donor relations to gift processing and data management, in close collaboration with finance and operations teams.

The role emphasizes donor engagement, CRM stewardship, grant coordination, and leading donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of nonprofit development and writing experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce required.
• Experience with social media such as Instagram and Facebook strongly preferred.
• Experience with Canva and marketing design strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Donor relations & engagement: answer inquiries, document processes, manage donor calendar.
• Gift processing & acknowledgement: ensure timely, accurate acknowledgments and update communications.
• CRM management: administer Salesforce, maintain data integrity, generate reports.
• Lead generation: data screening, donor segmentation, surface high-potential donors.
• Coordinate corporate benefits and sponsorships, events, and site visits.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to optimize fundraising operations.
