Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in non-profits, sales, marketing or related field.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR; background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewarding donors.
• Plans and executes donor events; tracks fundraising outcomes.
• Collaborates with staff and community partners to strengthen philanthropic support for TCH.
