Christian Care Communities in Kentucky is seeking a Development (Fund Development) Manager to lead a regional advancement program focused on donor engagement and financial support through annual giving, grant research and writing, and targeted communications.

The role analyzes giving trends, cultivates relationships, and collaborates across teams to expand the donor base and advance funding opportunities in support of the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years’ related experience in development, fundraising, and/or sales.
• Preferred experience in nonprofit sector; multi-facility healthcare or social service environment.
