  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors, and large-scale multi-family or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple large-scale real estate development projects, coordinating with external consultants and internal staff.
  • Lead consultant teams in securing permits and development plan approvals.
  • Manage full project lifecycles including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analyses to evaluate viability.
  • Negotiate entitlements and development approvals with authorities; coordinate with regulators.
  • Direct permitting and regulatory processes; ensure alignment with plans and specs.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure quality; mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with property management and marketing teams on sales/leasing strategies.
  • Build relationships with government agencies, community groups, and stakeholders.
