Job description

Village Learning Place is looking for a strong writer, relationship-builder, and nonprofit development generalist to help grow the support behind our mission.

This full-time, hybrid Baltimore role leads grant writing and reporting, donor engagement, individual giving, fundraising events, development communications, and donor systems. The new Development Manager will also help VLP prepare for its 30th anniversary and advance a capital campaign.

We9re especially interested in candidates who bring at least three years of relevant experience, excellent writing and editing skills, professional maturity, adaptability, and genuine energy for engaging with the Baltimore community. Capital campaign experience is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours | Hybrid in Baltimore
