Museum of Fine Arts, St. Pete Florida is seeking a Director of Development to lead frontline fundraising, steward donors, and guide annual giving strategy across exhibitions, programs, and operating priorities.

The role manages a major gifts portfolio, coordinates donor events with the Events Coordinator, and drives affinity groups and Legacy Society growth as part of a collaborative Development team that aims to meet ambitious revenue goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline fundraising and donor cultivation for MFA St. Pete.
• Oversee stewardship, affinity groups, and annual giving strategy.
• Manage major gifts portfolio and donor events in collaboration with Events Coordinator.
• Provide strategic leadership for Legacy Society reinvigoration and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals.
