Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7+ years in non-profit development.
• Exceptional writing ability for persuasive donor communications.
• Multi-channel fundraising experience including foundations, corporations, and government.
• Hands-on CRM experience with donor databases (Salesforce).
• Strong strategic relationship management and executive-level partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional fundraising projects, including grant proposals and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership and program staff to develop compelling funding requests.
• Manage timelines, cross-functional teams, and deliverables for proposals.
• Identify and pursue prospective funding opportunities aligned with priorities.
• Draft narratives, budgets, and supporting materials for submissions.
• Support donor stewardship through reports, site visits, and communications.
• Develop corporate engagement plans and sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain grant calendars and funder records for compliance.
