Job summary

Blue Meridian Partners is a pioneering philanthropic investor with a mission to fund scalable solutions for poverty and mobility. The Associate supports fundraising strategy, manages investor communications, and coordinates engagement across multiple funds.

The role reports to senior leadership, requires an undergraduate degree and 3+ years in project management and fundraising, and emphasizes strong writing, organization, and collaboration with diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and at least three years of hands-on experience in project management and fundraising.
• Exceptional written communications skills including drafting presentations, letters and memoranda; synthesize material into briefer documents.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of fundraising communications with investor Partners across multiple funds.
• Project manage workplan to build a pipeline of prospective investors and engage existing Partners.
• Manage CRM for prospect management and team coordination; run analyses and reports.
• Conduct research on prospective investors and provide profiles to inform fundraising strategy.
• Develop presentations and materials for meetings with prospective investors and Partners.
