Job summary

Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students from diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10–12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape.

You'll support active development and redevelopment projects across South Florida, assisting with budgets, cost tracking, bid analysis, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support active development and redevelopment projects across South Florida.
• Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, bid analysis, and contractor coordination.
• Monitor permitting, entitlements, schedules, and key project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up items.
• Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives.
