Job summary

You will assist Raiser's Edge data entry, Trello reconciliations, and grant file organization while learning about grants management and donor communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: current student seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Three months of prior administrative/clerical experience.
• Interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, grants management, health equity.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Support donor data entry, reconciliation, and cleanup in Raiser's Edge.
• Assist Trello-to-Raiser’s Edge reconciliation and data organization.
• Provide seasonal donor stewardship support and reporting tasks.
• Organize grant files and assist with data requests and portal data.
• Handle routine tasks as assigned by the Development team.
