Job summary

Prologis is offering a Summer Internship in Development for qualified students. The role focuses on cost data integrity, communications planning, and exploring AI support for Construction Management Software.

Interns will participate in a 10–12 week program with project work, leadership exposure, and seminars to build workplace acumen. Interns will assist the Central Region and possibly Global initiatives, supporting cost intelligence projects, reviewing information, and documenting regional

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Project experience involving data organization, communications planning, or process improvement.
• Preferred: Interest in development project workflows and the use of AI to support business processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Forma.
• Preferred: Experience with Construction Project Management and/or Estimating.
• Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Help review and organize information related to the Cost Intelligence and Construction Project Management Software implementations.
• Contribute to defining a regional communications plans.

Do you want to play a role in global commerce? Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits? The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study.

Over a course of 10–12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product. Prologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.

A day in the life

You will support Development work in the Central Region (and potentially Global) initiatives through a cost data integrity project, communications planning, and consideration of AI support for Construction Management Software implementation. The work will help the team improve the reliability of cost information, define how regional communications should work, and where AI may support the Forma implementation. The specific project deliverables will be confirmed with the Development team.

Building blocks for success

Required:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Hiring Salary Range of:

• Undergraduate: $25–$30 per hour.
• Graduate: $35–$40 per hour.
