Job summary

U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) seeks a Senior Development Impact Specialist to lead data-driven impact performance across the project portfolio.

You will build and maintain comprehensive impact data systems, improve data quality, and create analytical dashboards to inform investment decisions. You will support ex ante assessments and ongoing monitoring, track targets and outcomes, and recommend corrective actions based on performance data, contributing to DFC's

Qualifications

• One year of specialized Federal experience at GS-13 level or above.
• Experience monitoring development impact performance and tracking targets.
• Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods and data visualization.
• Experience communicating data-driven findings to senior decision-makers.
• Experience may include service in programs like Peace Corps or AmeriCorps.

Responsibilities

• Lead impact performance strategy with data-driven assessments.
• Develop and maintain impact data systems, dashboards, and reports.
• Support ex ante impact assessment and ongoing project monitoring.
• Update policies, tools, and initiatives in line with the impact framework.
• Conduct validation visits; coordinate with teams and prepare reports.
