Discovery Land Company is seeking a Business Management Analyst/Associate for Maverick Golf & Ranch Club near Fort Worth, TX. You will support the VP of Business Management across financial planning, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with finance, development, sales, marketing, and operations to drive project success.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of experience in real estate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.]
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Business Management with project execution, financial planning and analysis, sales operations, and reporting.
• Maintain and refine project budgets, forecasts, models, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare recurring financial and operating reports for leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze project economics, including revenue, costs, margins, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate information across development, finance, and operations to reflect decisions in budgets and forecasts.
