Responsibilities

• Manage and steward donors, committees, and event volunteers.
• Cultivate and solicit past and new sponsors (individual & corporate).
• Set event timelines and budgets; develop run of show and scripts.
• Plan and execute all logistical aspects of each event with the Development Coordinator.
• Oversee venue selection, vendors, contracts, and AV production.
• Identify honorees, co-chairs, and committee members; recruit volunteers.
• Reconcile budgets, track donor outreach, and generate reports in CRM.
