Position Title

Developer Enablement Engineer (DevOps) – Remote – Contract to hire

Summary

We’re looking for a Developer Enablement Engineer to help scale a fast-growing platform that’s making the internet safer. This is a remote, long-term opportunity where you’ll improve tools, processes, and infrastructure that empower development teams to move faster and safer. You’ll play a critical role in maturing an already solid MVP into a scalable, secure global service. This is a great chance to drive change and own impact in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements
  • Strong experience working with internal engineering teams to improve developer experience and productivity
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB) and CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, CodePipeline)
  • Proven track record in scaling infrastructure, automation, and enhancing monitoring in production systems
  • Ability to balance foundational long-term projects with incremental improvements
  • Clear communication skills and comfort being the "voice of the developer" in cross-functional discussions
