Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, development, grant writing, nonprofit management, sales, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain organized prospect and donor records.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors and supporters.
• Identify major donors and develop cultivation strategies.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and follow-up.
• Develop strategies for annual giving, major gifts, and campaigns.
• Write and submit compelling grant proposals and reports.
• Help engage GMHA members and volunteers in fundraising activities.
