ICA San José seeks a Director of Development to coordinate fundraising initiatives including major and planned giving, annual appeals, corporate sponsorships, and special events.

You will monitor revenue forecasts, prepare reports for the Board, and steward the Board of Trustees while implementing campaigns for exhibitions, collections, and endowment. The role requires strong leadership and occasional evening/weekend events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manages Trustee giving and cultivates leadership volunteers to strengthen philanthropic relationships.
• Coordinates solicitations, cultivation visits/events, and stewardship activities with donor database tracking.
• Develops a Board fundraising engagement plan with training and accountability for Trustee participation.
• Creates tailored cultivation strategies for major prospects and presents proposals and case for support.
