Workshops for Warriors is seeking a talented Development Officer to lead the organization’s fundraising and development efforts in San Diego. The role involves cultivating donor relationships, securing major gifts, and guiding the Development Department with roles in corporate partnerships, grants, and events.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of fundraising experience, a track record of major gifts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising, development, grants, and/or events.
• Proven track record of securing major gifts.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and help build a Development Department with roles in corporate partnerships, development support, grant writing, and events.
• Cultivate and strengthen donor relationships and secure major gifts.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
