Development Director | Creative Growth Art Center

Creative Growth operates a unique nonprofit model that combines philanthropy, earned revenue, art sales, licensing, events, and public funding to support artists with developmental disabilities. Creative Growth occupies a distinctive position within the international contemporary art ecosystem. Its artists are exhibited by major museums, represented in significant public and private collections, featured at international art fairs, and increasingly recognized within global conversations around contemporary art and disability culture. The Development Director will help leverage this extraordinary artistic visibility into philanthropic support, institutional partnerships, and long-term sustainability.

The Development Director will serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director during an exciting period of growth and institutional evolution. This role will lead fundraising strategy across major gifts, foundations, sponsorships, events, campaigns, donor stewardship, and strategic partnerships while helping strengthen alignment between fundraising, communications, and public engagement.
