Pedal the Cause in St. Louis, MO seeks a Director of Development to lead revenue growth through corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and grants.

This high-visibility role reports to the Executive Director and shapes fundraising strategy across the organization. You will own sponsorship management, cultivate senior executives, steward foundations, and build data-driven pipelines while collaborating with leadership to expand impact on cancer research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Proven success securing and growing corporate sponsorships, foundations, or philanthropic revenue.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and philanthropic partners.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM/donor management systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy, cultivation, stewardship, and retention of corporate sponsors and key partners.
• Manage sponsorship fulfillment, activations, and recognition to deliver outstanding partner experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and philanthropic decision-makers to grow long-term investments.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative fundraising approaches.
• Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising strategy with organizational priorities and growth.
