Since 2018, we’ve been walking shoulder‑to‑shoulder with men overcoming addiction, incarceration, and homelessness. Through long‑term sober living, peer‑led coaching, wrap‑around supports, and Christ‑centered discipleship, we’re helping people not just get clean, but stay free. To date, we’ve served over 700 individuals across Greater Cincinnati. This is a movement of hope, healing, and second chances.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a gift for persuasive storytelling

  • Skilled project manager who thrives managing complex timelines and multiple stakeholders

  • Preferred: CFRE certification, experience in recovery, social services, or faith‑based sectors, digital fundraising expertise
