Auburn Advancement and The Jay and Susie Gogue Performing ArtsCenter are excited to begin the search for a DevelopmentCoordinator! This position provides administrative,fundraising, stewardship, event, and donor-relations support forthe Advancement team. This position helps execute annual givinginitiatives, donor engagement strategies, sponsorship programs,gift processing, and special events while maintaining accuraterecords and delivering exceptional donor service.

Responsibilities
- Support fundraising, donor stewardship, sponsorship, and annualgiving programs.
- Coordinate donor meetings, tours, travel logistics, andadvancement communications.
- Maintain prospect, donor, and constituent records and preparereports as needed.
- Process gifts, pledges, naming opportunities, and relateddocumentation accurately and timely.
- Assist with donor recognition, impact reporting, andstewardship activities.
- Coordinate and support advancement events, donor receptions,and council meetings.
- Monitor budgets, process reimbursements, and assist withfinancial tracking and reporting.
- Partner with marketing and communications staff on donor-facingmaterials and campaigns.
- Manage sponsorship benefit fulfillment and recognitionopportunities.
- Supervise student employees and assist with training and taskassignments.

- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in publicrelations work and general office operations OR
- Master's degree
Development Programs Coordinator III
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in publicrelations work and general office operations OR
- Master's degree plus 2 years of experience in public relationswork and general office operations
