Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northern Kansas is seeking a full-time Development Coordinator to join our development and communications team in Salina. The role blends donor data management with donor engagement to support multiple campaigns and events.

You will manage records in Bloomerang, process gifts, and help thank donors promptly. You’ll coordinate logistics for campaigns and collaborate with finance, communications, and program staff to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable with data, technology, reports, and spreadsheets while delivering warm, professional donor service.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor records, gifts, reports, mailing lists, and other information in Bloomerang.
• Process gifts and help ensure donors are thanked accurately and promptly.
• Support fundraising efforts such as Annual Campaign, Green Tie Celebration, Baby Bottle Campaign, Giving Days, tax credits, and online giving.
• Coordinate donor mailings, stewardship activities, supply drives, event materials, and other development logistics.
• Work closely with development, communications, and finance staff to keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.

We’re looking for someone who loves both people and data — a hardworking, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure the little things are done well. This role is an important part of our development team, helping us care well for our donors and keep the systems, mailings, campaigns, and details behind our fundraising efforts running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
