The Salvation Army in the United States seeks an experienced fundraising professional to lead annual campaigns and secure major gifts. This role collaborates with the Western Division grants team and donor relations staff to reach budgeted goals.
Responsibilities include planning, events, and digital fundraising, as well as managing media relations and donor stewardship. Bachelor’s degree and nonprofit fundraising experience are required; CFRE is a plus.
***Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M. Compensation Rate: $88,000-$93,000 Annually***

Summary/Primary Purpose: This role is responsible for annual campaign managerment, securing major gifts, including individual and corporate foundation gifts with assistance from Western Division (WST) grants team and other donor relations staff.

Education and/or Experience :Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ work-related experience or a combination of training, education, and experience. Comprehencive experience in nonprofit fund raising, including prospect research, donor relations, and solicitation is preferred.

Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required, however, CFRE credentials or similar are a plus.
