Responsibilities

• Draft all required transaction documents for development, openings, transfers, amendments, and terminations in accordance with franchise law and Inspire policies.
• Assist with administration of franchise development and franchise agreements and disclosure requirements.
• Update contract information in applicable databases.
• Support cross-functional team members.
• Process a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring delivery to franchisees or company representatives and proper funding.
• Other tasks to support domestic franchise development.
