You will oversee events, grow recurring gifts, and guide a talented team in a hybrid, Colorado-residency role that blends outreach with hands-on fundraising, ensuring support for the animals and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional fundraising or membership management experience.
• Experience creating and managing events.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with donor management and digital fundraising tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Development & Community Engagement team.
• Design and grow corporate and annual giving programs.
• Manage recurring donor and Vehicles for Charity programs.
• Lead development events from concept to execution and follow-up.
• Align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.
