Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit development experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to set and meet ambitious fundraising targets.
• Experience working with marginalized communities, including immigrants and low-income groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising planning and strategy for individuals, foundations and corporations.
• Oversee events, donor stewardship and grant management.
• Direct communications strategy and annual communications plan with staff.
• Supervise and coach the Development & Communications team.
• Manage donor data tracking and reporting; coordinate with leadership.
