Stanford University’s Haas Center for Public Service is seeking a Development and Communications Coordinator to support external relations, donor stewardship, and content development on a hybrid basis at Stanford’s Main Campus. The role reports to the Communications Director and focuses on writing, editing, design, and nonprofit communications within higher education.

The position emphasizes producing timely content for students, donors, and audiences, updating the website, managing donor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Ability to be self-directed and take initiative.

Responsabilités

Assist and support in day-to-day activities for communication deliverables in an area of expertise or for a unit or program.
Assist in the production and timely distribution of content for applicable unit channels.
Assist in the development of materials according to defined requirements using software applications and mediums.
Support the production of publications and other communication vehicles, adhering to deadlines.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Work in collaboration with Institutional Communicators on media relations content.
