Development Associate (Temp)

What Will You Do?

This position provides administrative support to the Director of Donor Relations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance.
  • Inbox maintenance.
  • Travel and expense management.
  • Donor relations file system maintenance.
  • Donor Relations inbox organization, responsiveness.
  • Ascend Database maintenance including updating donor information, event registration, and basic reporting.
  • Ordering and maintaining event supplies, promotional items, donor gifts.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Requirements
  • MS Office suite proficiency, including Office 365/Sharepoint/OneDrive.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including handwritten communication.
  • High adaptability with new technological platforms used to conduct business.
  • Adobe suite and/or Canva experience.
  • Salesforce experience or comparable data entry/management.
