Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Development Associate/Manager to evaluate new opportunities and manage active developments from concept to completion. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead financial analyses and pro formas.

The role supports budgeting, market research, and reporting while partnering with Design, Construction, Operations, Investments, and Asset Management teams to drive successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Interest in real estate development, construction, investments, finance, design, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel, financial analysis, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading development feasibility and investment analysis.
• Creating and maintaining financial models and development pro formas.
• Conducting market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Participating in site acquisition evaluations and due diligence efforts.
• Preparing investment committee presentations and recommendations.
• Managing project budgets, soft costs, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, land use attorneys, and consultants.
• Reviewing and managing consultant proposals, contracts, and deliverables.
• Partnering closely with Development, Design, Construction, Operations, Investments, and Asset Management teams.
• Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and driving solutions.
• Developing relationships with municipalities, community stakeholders, brokers, consultants, and industry partners.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for active development projects.
