Job summary

Women’s World Banking is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to grow our global funding pipeline. You will support prospect research, funding opportunity monitoring, and donor intelligence to strengthen the Development team focused on women’s economic empowerment and financial inclusion.

The role involves researching institutional funders, maintaining Salesforce records, and preparing opportunity summaries for relationship managers. Competitive benefits and flexible work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in research, fundraising, philanthropy, business development, international development, market research, or related fields.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to synthesize into concise recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or AI-enabled research tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify prospective institutional funders aligned with WWB’s priorities.
• Assess prospects for mission fit, geography, giving history, and engagement likelihood.
• Translate research into concise summaries to help relationship managers prioritize next steps.
