• Strong prospect research, project-management, communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive development and fundraising support to the PSF Director of Development.
• Assist with donor communications and stewardship, CRM/database management, and gift processing/acknowledgements.
• Support reporting and mailing lists, prospect research, and grant proposals.
• Coordinate special events and sponsorship fulfillment, including gala decor committees.
• Oversee digital and social media management related to development efforts.
• Assist with research, sponsorship fulfillment, and other development duties as assigned.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE FOR PSF

DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Founded in 1965, the 550-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles southwest of New York City. POSITION SUMMARY

The Development Associate provides comprehensive development and fundraising support to the PSF Director of Development and assists with donor communications and stewardship, CRM/database management, gift processing and acknowledgements, reporting and mailing lists, prospect research, special events, grant proposals and research, sponsorship fulfillment, digital and social media management, gala décor committee, and other development duties as assigned.
