Job summary

DeSales University in Center Valley, PA seeks a Development Associate for PSF to provide comprehensive fundraising support to the Director of Development. You will assist with donor communications, CRM tasks, gift processing, reporting, and mailing lists, while helping with prospect research and special events.

The role also covers grant proposals, sponsorship fulfillment, digital and social media management, and event-related activities, including gala planning, under the PSF umbrella.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in development, nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, CRM/database management, special events, communications, social media, or a related field.
• Demonstrated special-event planning and execution experience, including donor cultivation, stewardship, sponsorship, or fundraising events.
• Experience with social media and digital communications, preferably in a nonprofit, arts, education, or mission-driven environment.
• Strong prospect research, project-management, communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to work in a team environment

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE FOR PSF

DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Founded in 1965, the 550-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles southwest of New York City. POSITION SUMMARY
