The Development Associate supports the planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction and facility development projects. Working closely with Development Managers and project stakeholders, this role provides hands‑on support throughout the project lifecycle, including project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, permitting, procurement, and coordination of project teams and activities.
This position is designed for an individual who is interested in developing a long‑term career in healthcare construction, development, and program management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and internal team members.
Candidates must possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license, as certain roles may require travel to client sites or other off‑site locations.
