  • Maintain accurate donor records, gifts, interactions, and notes in VIP’s donor database.
  • Generate donor reports, prospect and mailing lists, and other fundraising data.
  • Help keep development files, documents, and procedures organized and up to date.
  • Support fundraising events, including VIP’s annual benefit, with event logistics, communications, materials, donor lists, sponsor recognition, and follow‑up.
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Director, including calendar management, meeting agendas and notes, and follow‑up.

Specific Job Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM/donor databases (experience with Bloomerang a plus)
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.

If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply. We value transferable skills, a willingness to learn, and the different experiences candidates bring to their work.
