Description

The Development and Fundraising Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the educational division (AUS and NCUS TEC) of NCUS Enterprises. Reporting directly to the President of School and Senior Vice President, this individual will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting the organization’s goals through strategic fundraising initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Donor Engagement: Develop, retain, and nurture relationships with existing and prospective donors on both local and national levels to ensure long-term support.
  • Data Management: Utilize databases and software to track progress, produce reports, and analyze donor data to inform strategies and improve fundraising outcomes.
  • Grant Writing: Prepare and submit proposals to secure funding from various grant opportunities.
  • Funding Opportunity Research: Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and potential donors (Philanthropist, Foundations, Business Developers, etc..) ensuring a robust and diverse funding pipeline.
  • Marketing and Communications Assistance: Collaborate with the communications team to promote fundraising efforts effectively through marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of funding opportunities, including application deadlines and follow-up schedules.
