Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development Analyst for the Atlanta Regional Office to manage the full asset lifecycle beyond completion, including tax credit processes and equity receipt. You will build and update financial models, perform market analysis, and support acquisition activities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, multi-project organization, and the ability to work with lenders and investors on due diligence and construction coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Excel proficiency with advanced functions.
• Strong mathematics and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the asset beyond post completion, including 8609s, tax credits delivery, and equity receipt.
• Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies for new development and acquisition opportunities, including pro forma modeling.
• Research local real estate trends, pricing, and demand to identify potential investment opportunities and support market reports.
• Create and maintain financial models to evaluate project profitability, including income projections and ROI analysis.
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow projections for new developments, factoring in rental income, operating expenses, and financing costs.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions by performing property financial reviews and market comparisons, coordinating with lenders and investors.
• Assist in construction management and site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
