Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in Oregon is seeking a Senior Accountant to provide day-to-day accounting support, financial reporting, reconciliations, and project cost tracking for development activities.

You will record development transactions, maintain ledgers, prepare monthly reconciliations, monitor construction expenditures, and support audits and tax filings. CPA preferred with at least 3 years of experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile development transactions.
• Maintain general ledger accounts related to development projects.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Monitor construction and development expenditures.
• Assist with preparation of cost certification schedules.
• Support audit and tax preparation activities.
• Maintain documentation required by lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with reporting requirements associated with RAD and LIHTC developments.
