Ladders is seeking a Developer, Web Extension to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role focuses on building, testing, and maintaining production software for a high-quality browser extension experience, and you will partner with cross-functional teammates to ship reliable releases.

In this remote role, you will mentor junior engineers, write tests, review code, and generate documentation while contributing to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems and propose effective solutions.
