Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Developer Manager (New Construction) to lead and coordinate engagement with residential, commercial, and industrial developers, ensuring efficient service expansions.

This hybrid role requires strong policy knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with design and field teams. Expect 3 in‑office days weekly and occasional onboarding days.

Formación

• 5 years of direct or related experience in customer relations, project management, engineering or construction management.
• Experience with residential, commercial and industrial developers or investors encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of company policies and distribution standards; ability to communicate policy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate design groups.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and city personnel.
• Coordinate with multiple groups to ensure timely infrastructure expansion.
• Proactively communicate customer or project concerns to management.
• Assist project manager to ensure reliable, economical, safe, and timely service extensions.
• Interface with design teams and internal departments to align on project delivery.
