Job summary

SpacetimeDB is seeking a rare operator to lead developer relations, owning mindshare, trust, and adoption. This is a zero-to-one leadership role with ownership of how the platform earns mindshare and a growth engine for the developer community.

You will build and scale a developer community, design impactful programs, and drive adoption across ecosystems. You will work with engineering leadership to shape the developer experience and forge partnerships with builders and ecosystem players.

• Design and run high-impact programs: hackathons, demo days, builder cohorts, ambassador programs
• Grow SpacetimeDB's developer ecosystem across Discord, social media, events, and content
• Create experiences that bring top builders into our orbit
• Create developer education content about SpacetimeDB, its architecture, and how to use it
• Turn community signals into product insight and growth strategy
• Partner with engineering leadership to shape how developers experience SpacetimeDB
• Build relationships with top founders, devs, and ecosystem partners
