Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required; three years of related experience desired.
• Additional education may substitute for experience per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Define moderately complex business problems by meeting with clients and documenting findings.
• Gather system requirements by researching existing technology and business needs.
• Develop detailed tasks and project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Write functional/technical specifications for developers and analysts.
• Develop data inputs, structures, transformations, and outputs for solutions.
• Document code and processes to facilitate maintenance and support.
• Create and document test scenarios to validate functionality.
• Test changes to ensure solutions work as expected and errors are handled.
• Author and maintain audience-appropriate technical and end-user docs.
• Implement changes following change management policies and communicate risk factors.
• Monitor changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide support by triaging and resolving moderately complex issues.
