Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in delivering customer-focused IT solutions. You will design, develop, and implement custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps, driving citizen development within the framework.

You will collaborate with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. The role emphasizes development support, documentation, and ongoing improvement of systems, including

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience
• Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others

Responsibilities

• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs

• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
• Provide after-hours support
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
• Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on RPA development and complex bot workflows
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team!

The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework. This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Qualifications
