Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team. The role supports IT Enterprise Services, focusing on development, design, and implementation of custom processes within enterprise systems and vendor applications.

The position involves collaborating with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective solutions, including development in Microsoft SaaS platforms and Power Platform, with emphasis on automation and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in CS or equivalent required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, databases, process automation, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Develop within the Power Platform with RPA and complex bot development.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion/ORMB/OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team!

The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework. This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
• Work independently to understand and document business needs
• Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs
• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
• Provide after-hours support
• Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
• Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
• Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC

• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
