Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Austin, TX is seeking a developer to design, verify, and optimize ASIC/SoC/FPGA IP. You will work with Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, UVM and System C, shaping front-end flows for high quality silicon.

You will collaborate with EDA vendors, automate tasks with Python and shell scripting, and drive compute infra migrations and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, contributing to innovative hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development and verification of ASIC SoC/FPGA IP using Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, UVM and System C.
• Improve and optimize Front End IP Design & Verification flows for ASIC/SoC/FPGA to boost quality and productivity.
• Partner with EDA tool vendors to troubleshoot issues and streamline integration of new tools in design flows.
• Scripting and automation using Python, Perl, Bash, csh, tcl.
• Manage Compute Infrastructure migrations (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server) and CI/CD automation flows using Jenkins.

Improve and optimize Front End Intellectual Property (IP) Design & Verification flows for Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) / System on Chip (SoC) / Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to boost quality and productivity. Partner with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tool vendors to troubleshoot issues and streamline integration of new tools in design flows. Scripting and automation using Python, Perl, Bash, csh, tcl. Manage Compute Infrastructure migrations (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server) and Continuous Integration / Continuous Development automation flows using Jenkins.
