Job summary

LeoForce in Michigan is seeking a mid-level estimator to prepare cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You will review drawings, specs, and RFPs to define scope and requirements, and collaborate with project teams to secure competitive pricing.

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, with a 10% performance bonus, vehicle allowance, and a generous benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
